Ex-Prairie Life Fitness site in Franklin sells for $9.4M
The Franklin property formerly home to Prairie Life Fitness has sold for $9.4 million.
300 Shingle Way Properties LLC is the new owner, with the Post unable to determine details of the LLC at publication time. The address is 300 Shingle Way.
The seller, Prairie Life Fitness, bought the property for about $3 million in 2005.
Prairie Life Fitness closed in April. The gym had served as a polling place, but the Williamson County election commission relocated the location to Morning Pointe of Brentwood after the gym closed.
Of note, former Titans player Frank Wycheck this past summer filed a lawsuit against Prairie Life Fitness, claiming that he stepped on an improperly installed board in the sauna.
Prairie Life Fitness is headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska, and has eight locations in Nebraska, Kansas and Iowa.
