Mike Outlaw, Principal

Mike Outlaw has over a decade of institutional-level commercial real estate experience with a breadth of expertise spanning development, asset management, structured debt origination, valuation, and advisory services. Mike currently has an interest in over 2 million square feet, both directly and within joint ventures, of properties. He has been responsible for over $350 million in acquisitions in the last 5 years.

As the Senior Vice President and lead asset management director for JBL Asset Management of a $250 million portfolio of assets, Mike successfully transacts over $200 million annually in acquisitions transactions, negotiated leases for retail and office space, directed and completed the acquisition/disposition of office and retail buildings, establishing value add components, completing all underwriting and financing for each project, and initiated, created and completed the entitlements for master-planned communities.

Before entering real estate, Mike held executive positions with Hard Rock Cafe, Dave and Busters, and Compass Group PLC.

There he was able to hone his leadership skills in a large corporate atmosphere. He leads successful teams in developing systems and processes which lead to record-setting sales and profitability.

Mike currently sits on the board of multiple charity organizations and is a principal with TriOut Hospitality.

Glenn Grossman, Chief Financial Officer

Glenn Grossman has served as the Chief Financial Officer for Triout Advisory Group since 2021. His 30 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate provide a valuable asset to Triout as we continue our evolution. Glenn provides a pragmatic, adaptable, and effective approach to his role, overseeing all financial operations for the Triout Family of Companies and participating in significant company decisions.

Prior to joining TriOut Advisory, he had 35 years of work experience, with 30 years specializing in commercial real estate. He spent 10 years Internationally - five years each in Europe and Asia, and in that time Glenn spearheaded the development of a multinational Commercial Real Estate Asset Management System. Glenn also worked for LNR, the largest Special Servicer in the US, during its formative years. He uses his financial and technology background to address critical business issues and build stable, reliable day-to-day operations.

Born in Miami, Florida, he received his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Florida and completed his graduate studies at Florida International University. He is a passionate family man and an avid traveler, hiker, pickleball player, cyclist, and (occasional) yoga practitioner.

Danell D'Alfonso, MBA - Human Resource Management

As the Director of Marketing and Human Resources, DaNell has built a reputation for her customer-centered approach and depth of knowledge in the evolving field of Human Resources, attracting and retaining the best corporate talent and succinctly meeting the human capital needs of TriOut Advisory Group.

DaNell’s expertise spans the hospitality and corporate industries. She brings her comprehensive management experience in all aspects of HR, specializing in directing company practices that provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes high-yield results. Her synergistic approach brings a value add component to TriOut Investors, ensuring their investments are managed by talented professionals.

DaNell has a passion for many things and rounds out the team with this spirit. She is the mom to Angelia and has two adorable fur babies. She splits her time between Nashville and South Florida and enjoys running and Pilates. She holds various B.S./B.A. Degrees in Business Law, HR Management, and Political Science.

Sylvia MacAdams, Lease Administrator at ACPM

With a background in Customer Service, Sylvia MacAdams employs her ability to create a rapport with customers and partners in all fields while keeping track of deadlines and dates of projects. Adopting a “help them, help me” mentality with customer service, and tenant/client relations.

As lease Administrator, she abstracts all new leases, enters and manages all lease notes & maintains critical dates and tickler files, while reviewing and preparing for execution and distribution of leases to the proper parties. She proficiently serves as the liaison between landlord and tenant with regard to each party’s compliance with all provisions of the lease and works with property management to ensure certificates of insurance are current. With an optimistic attitude and a tactical approach to her work, MacAdams approaches tasks in a calculated manner- optimizing productivity while monitoring the level of urgency of each of her multiple tasks.

A South Florida native, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband & dog, and once in a while she is doing something new and challenging, exhibiting her work-ethic and persistent attitude of self-improvement.

Trae Willis, Property Management

Trae Willis has served as the lead Commercial Property Manager for Atlantic Coast Property Management since he joined the company in 2020. His strong background mainly focused on sales with a specialization in client satisfaction and account management allows him to be a high-energy professional with a consistent record of achieving revenue goals. His skill set in articulating complex concepts to decision-makers at all levels of an organization with clarity and precision makes him a cornerstone of the company.

Before joining TriOut Advisory, Willis worked as a Sales Executive for CaredFor, Foundations Recovery Network, and GNG. In these roles, he has consistently reached revenue goals for the companies while managing customer needs through strategic communication. In his role at TriOut Advisory, he ensures our properties are well serviced and maintained- and serves as the direct line of contact to our clients, tenants, and partners as he oversees all day-to-day management and operations of a number of office and industrial properties located in the southeast area.

Living in Nashville, Tennessee, Willis graduated from Austin Peay State University with a Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Services. He volunteers at the Big Brothers & Big Sisters of Middle Tennessee and has completed several mission trips to Central America in countries such as Nicaragua and Mexico.

Spencer Grossman, Director of Leasing

Spencer Grossman joined TriOut Advisory in 2020 as the Leasing Director. His ability to understand market dynamics, key financial indicators, and overall knowledge of the Commercial Real Estate industry establish him as a key asset in the business strategy of Triout Advisory. His involvement in all aspects of the company from creating business plans and budgets to creating and executing redevelopment plans for acquired/owned assets exemplifies his extensive abilities in the sector of Commercial Real Estate.

Grossman is extensively experienced in the sector - with over 15 years of experience. Starting as a Financial and Research Analyst for Marcus & Millichap, he then went on to become a Senior Leading & Finance Associate for the American Commercial Realty Corp. where he oversaw 1M SF in portfolio assets and completed over $165 million in leasing and sales transactions. Most recently, before joining TriOut Advisory, he was a Managing Director for NAI Merin Hunter Codman Inc. These experiences strongly prepared Grossman for his role at TriOut Advisory, where he is responsible for leading multiple leasing teams of a 2M+ SF growing portfolio of retail & office assets while sourcing acquisition targets, including underwriting the assets and identifying how to add and create value.

Grossman was raised in Fort Lauderdale, where he graduated from Pinecrest School in Ft. Lauderdale. He then went on to receive his B.A. in International Business and Management from Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

Valerie Pellitteri, Accounting Department

Valerie Pellitteri joined the Triout Advisory Group in 2020, with a strong background in financials- more specifically accounting. With a strong accounting background, talent for leadership, and a stark ability to adapt, she provides a consistent character of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail in her day-to-day conduct in the finances of TriOut Advisory Group.With a background in retail management, Pellitteri worked for over 10 years in Grocery Retail as an Assistant Director for Lucky's Market. As a culmination of this experience, she has extensive knowledge of business logistics, revenue management, and financial upkeep. Her role at Triout Family Companies is composed of managing crucial financial aspects of the company such as accounts payable & accounts receivable and insurance coverage & renewal processes of properties. She also prepares annual budgets and monthly financial reports along with being responsible for essential documents for New Acquisitions and Refinancing of assets. Her understanding and managing of all aspects of cash flow in the company make her a hearth for the business and essential in TriOut’s continued growth and expansion.

Coming from a hard-working Italian family, Pellitteri has always surpassed expectations when they are set. She went from working retail to graduating with her master's degree from Columbia Southern University in 2019 and managing the finances of a 2M SF+ portfolio. In her free time, she loves to travel, learn about architecture, read educational research, and spend time with her family.
