Nashville has become one of the most sought-after cities to visit, live, and play over the last decade and Nashville’s retail momentum has followed along this trend. Due in part to a re-emergent downtown, high demand from tenants, and a large tourism industry, Nashville is enjoying an ample amount of retail activity.
