Effectively leading and directing teams with diverse skills and backgrounds by providing constructive direction to team members.

Mike Outlaw has over 10 years of institutional-level commercial real estate experience with a breadth of experience spanning development, asset management, structured debt origination, valuation and advisory services. Mr. Outlaw currently has an interest in 18 assets both directly and within joint ventures. He has been responsible for over $350 million in acquisitions in the last 5 years.
As the Senior Vice President and lead asset management director for JBL Asset Management of a $250 million portfolio of assets, Mr. Outlaw successfully acquired $150 million in acquisitions transactions, negotiated leases for retail and office space, directed and completed the acquisition/disposition of office and retail buildings, establishing value add components, completing all underwriting and financing for each project, and initiated, created and completed the entitlements for master planned communities.
Prior to entering real estate, Mr Outlaw held executive positions with Hard Rock Cafe, Dave and Busters, and Compass Group PLC. There he was able to hone his leadership skills in a large corporate atmosphere. He lead successful teams in developing systems and processes which lead to record setting sales and profitability.
Mr. Outlaw currently sits on the board of multiple charity organizations and is a principal with TriOut Hospitality.

Kobi has international accreditation financial planning (CFP) by the International Council for Financial Planning (FPSC - Financial Planning Standards Council.) He is an expert in pension insurance and finance, and corporate agency licensed for general elementary and pension and life insurance, as part of the group of companies he owns.
During the last 18 years of operation of Ofek, Kobi gained a special reputation in the finance and insurance Industry in Israel as well as among clients and colleagues.
In the last 4 years, Kobi was responsible for over $263 million in commercial real estate acquisitions in Israel and the USA.
Director of Marketing and Human Resources
As the Director of Marketing and Human Resources, DaNell has built a reputation for her customer-centered approach and depth of knowledge in the evolving field of Human Resource, attracting and retaining the best corporate talent and succinctly meeting the human capital needs of TriOut Advisory Group.
DaNell’s expertise spans the hospitality and corporate industries. She brings her comprehensive management experience in all aspects of HR, specializing in directing company practices that provide employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes high-yield results. Her synergistic approach brings a value add component to TriOut Investors, ensuring their investments are managed by talented professionals.
DaNell has a passion for many things and rounds out the team with this spirit. She is mom to Angelia and two adorable fur babies. She splits her time between Nashville and South Florida and enjoys running and Pilates. She holds various B.S./B.A. Degrees in Business Law, HR Management and Political Science.
VP Property Management
Nik Vedran is an accomplished Property Manager / Agent that brings a heightened attention to detail to ensure all acquisitions attract tenants and provide a stable income stream. His understanding of the various needs of the internal customers add value to the properties managed by the TriOut Advisory Group Team.
Since joining the TriOut Advisory Group, he has managed 20 large-scale commercial properties in various city markets. Nik has a tenacious work ethic and has transformed lower performing properties to attract and secure full occupancy.
Nik enjoys spending time with his wife and two children and cooking gourmet food. When he isn’t traveling for work you will find him cheering on his home team the Miami Heat.
Director of Finance
As the Director of Finance, Amy Griswold brings 25 years of accounting experience spanning various industries and organizations. She has set a high standard for financial compliance and administrative operations in all her positions and is known for her financial stewardship. Amy’s philosophy is to bring transparency to financial transactions and improve profitability through a systems approach to operations.
Amy has a B.S. in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting from Old Dominion University and a M.S. in Education from Florida International University. She is active in the local children’s hospital fundraising and volunteering her time with patients.
Director of Construction/Design
A real estate professional for more than 30 years, Ed Bordelon is known for his business acumen and integrity. He has led highly successful corporate restaurants through the design, development, construction and long-term maintenance to deliver a winning restaurant concept. Ed’s long list of accomplishments include creating high-performing teams, utilizing technology to enhance client experience and improving service delivery, promoting brand loyalty and increasing brand visibility in the culmination of these activities.
Ed holds a B.A. in Architecture from Texas Tech. He volunteered his expertise to provide professional development to teens interested in the hospitality industry. Ed calls South Florida home where he is surrounded by a wealth of family and friends, most notably his muse, Katherine.
Moran has more than 11 years of capital market experience. He began his professional career at Provident Pension Funds. He moved to the controller division specializing in investments, gaining additional experience in pension consulting and marketing.
He was a customer relations manager for Pioneer Financial Planning, an international investment company. Moran worked 4.5 years in this capacity and completed an investment consulting and marketing internship before leaving.
Moran’s many accomplishments include a B.A. in Finance and Information Technology, an MBA in Finance and is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) by the International Council for Financial Planning (FPSC – Financial Planning Standards Council).
